Tells us Allah gave the Prophet ﷺ a beautiful river in Paradise. and asks us to pray and give thanks.
The Arabic
إِنَّآ أَعْطَيْنَـٰكَ ٱلْكَوْثَرَ فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَٱنْحَرْ إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ ٱلْأَبْتَرُ

Innā aʿṭaynāka l-kawthar…

Indeed We have given you abundance…
